The Cessna Citation Mustang, Model 510, is a very light jet (VLJ) business aircraft built by Cessna Aircraft Company at their Independence, Kansas production facility. Like most other light jets, the Mustang is approved for single-pilot operation. The Model 510 Mustang first flew on April 18, 2005. The airplane received full type certification from the Federal Aviation Administration on September 8, 2006 and was first delivered two months later.
The Citation Mustang is powered by two P&WC PW615F turbofans with 1,460 pounds of thrust. It was designed with aluminum alloy construction, swept low-wings, T-tail, and retractable tricycle gear. The interior consists of a toilet, two crew seats and up to four passengers seats.
